After 37 rounds of testing, plus a dozen more tweaks, we finally perfected a formula that brings together flavor, texture, and appearance—creating a cake that’s as close as possible to traditional old-fashioned style cake.

To achieve this, we use carefully selected, high-quality ingredients—alternative flours, leavening agents, emulsifiers, and dairy alternatives—designed to perform together flawlessly. These specialized ingredients, along with the expertise required to craft them, are reflected in our pricing.
