While those are fine, usually, it's just not, well… CAKE.
And when you're celiac and have serious food allergies,
Even though the local bakeries can make either a gluten-free cake OR a vegan cake,
They usually can’t do BOTH. And most importantly,
Those bakeries aren't safe for us because they are contaminated with gluten and most allergens (especially nuts, dairy, soy, corn).
But we GET IT, because we are two bakers with multiple food allergies (and celiac) who have been in your shoes.
